To capture minute by minute data on the following parameter
• Flow rate of chilled fluid
• Inlet temperature of chilled fluid
• Outlet temperature of chilled fluid
• Power Consumed by a motor of the refrigeration compressor
• Refrigeration effect
• Specific power consumption
• Energy Efficiency Ratio
The data shall be presented in graphical as well as tabulated format.
The study shall involve measuring and logging of the following data for the specified period (about twenty four hours).
• Flow rate of chilled fluid (water / brine) with the help of ultrasonic non-contact flow & energy meter
• Temperature of chilled fluid (water / brine) at the inlet of the chiller with the help of RTD sensor; which shall be fed to ultrasonic non-contact flow & energy meter
• Temperature of chilled fluid (water / brine) at the outlet of the chiller with the help of RTD sensor; which shall be fed to ultrasonic non-contact flow & energy meter
• Power drawn by the chiller compressor with the help of power analyzer
The following data shall be collected from the plant and inputted to ultrasonic non-contact flow & energy meter
• Specific gravity of the chilled fluid
• Specific heat of the chilled fluid
The logging interval for all the data shall be 1 minute.
• Flow rate of chilled fluid
• Inlet temperature of chilled fluid
• Outlet temperature of chilled fluid
